Horrible service, I definitely won't buy it or recommend it to anyone, I ordered a combo with 50 drumsticks, they arrived cold, I sent a message to exchange them because I would like them to be hot, that's how it was done, so far everything was ok, then I received a message from the attendant wondering how I knew the drumsticks were cold if the box was sealed. Well, the fact is that all you have to do is pick up the box to find out and as a matter of good faith I wouldn't remove the seal, because then I paid again for the drumsticks, a total of 64 reais for 50 drumsticks. Until establishment owners understand that service is everything, unfortunately they will close many doors, because a satisfied customer recommends one more, only 1 dissatisfied customer complains to at least 10. Think about it. Anyway, I feel injured. I do not recommend this place at all. At no point did I talk about the quality of the product, I talked about the temperature, what do I get if I order 50 drumsticks again? The fact that I didn't remove the seal was precisely to avoid any kind of problem, but ok you are correct, keep treating customers like this and good luck with your above average reviews.
