O delivery é péssimo, diria inexistente, pois os pedidos não são confirmados pelo site, o whatsapp cadastrado não responde às mensagens e o telefone também não atende às ligações para confirmarmos se o pedido chegou. Here is a brief report on our bad experience at Otto Restaurante: We were extremely embarrassed when requesting the withdrawal of the service fee from our account, I believe that the restaurant employees need to be better guided, as the mandatory payment of this fee constitutes an abusive practice, as set out in art. 39, V, of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC). Non-payment of this fee does not necessarily mean that the customer has been poorly served, as it is simply a free choice for the customer to pay or not to pay such a fee. Here are some comments from the waiter and his superior when requesting the withdrawal of the fee: Waiter - “Are you out of money? I will get the fee for you, no need to worry” Waiter - “you stay the whole night being served, you even asked for replacement, that’s why the fee is charged” Waiter - "I'll see if they can take the fee for you, but maybe they charge you the fee for replenishing the Fundue accompaniments" (NOTE: Follow-up replenishment is free following Fundue.) Superior - “Were you treated poorly? You need to understand that not paying this fee makes the waiter who served you receive less at the end of the month, being harmed, it would be the same thing as working the whole month in your company and in the end not receiving what you should” (NOTE: as we answered in the act of this sentence, Otto Restaurante needs to pay a living wage to its employees for their services provided, regardless of service fees not paid by customers) All these comments were made at our table in the center of the restaurant! As we said when leaving the place, we will not return to this space again and we do not recommend this terrible experience of embarrassment to anyone. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
