Ruim ,pedido realizado a mais de duas horas e meia, não tem nenhum respeito a entrega pois só respondem que o pedido está a caminho,a desculpa é alta demanda,mas a entrega não é realizada,como essa programação de entrega pode durar mais que o dobro do prazo estipulado de entrega.
Sendo q o restaurante é apenas 10 min de distância da minha casa,péssimo atendimento com o cliente.
Pedido realizado as 19:50 e são 22:45 e nada da entrega ser realizada, a desculpa é a mesma pedido ela saiu pra entrega,pedimos desculpa mas estamos com alta demanda, e estamos a 3 horas com a mesma resposta quando é questionado referente ao pedido.

Good evening, I'm coming here to complain about the horrible experience we had tonight at 10:20 pm at sushi muryo by neimar in Esteio. Here's the story. Because today was Sunday, the Premium executive sequence cost was 159.90, my husband and I were there. It turned out that the sequence came weak with little variety of pieces and few pieces, the ginger was very salty and the salad without any seasoning, very bad. This is the fourth time my husband and I have been there, and I went with my co-workers who I highly recommended because the first time it was really great, it doesn't even compare to what happened today. After serving the first sequence, there was a new attendant, the way that after we ate and noticed that it was weak, she started asking us what else we wanted to eat, being a sequence that was weak with little variety of pieces and then she putting pressure on us to choose the pieces, I found this unpleasant because if it's a Premium executive free sequence we want variety, quality and also quantity, it's not cheap. We understood that it was at the end of the shift, but then after all that she only brought us some pieces and told us that there were no more shrimp, and it took more than twenty minutes for the sequence to come again with just gunkan and nigiri and the carpaccio that We ordered it, but it was battered salmon. One shot, mocking the customer. My husband got upset and got up and asked the sushi chefs where the pieces in the sequence were, and one of them was very ignorant saying that my husband had to choose, and it wasn't like that the first time, nor the others, horrible service, horrible pieces, I felt aggrieved and, out of consideration for the other attendant, she charged me 99.90 per person, even though they shouldn't have charged me.
