EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I always used to buy from Momentos Sushi, not only me but also other people in my family. Until one day I ordered tempura salmon and shrimp. The tempura didn't come... I went to their website to tell them what happened. They said that the next time I bought it they would send the tempura for free since I paid extra to have salmon with tempura. I spent a few months away from Recife, and today I felt like eating sushi and remembered the tempura they owed me. I was going to get a sushi and tempura combo. Then I spoke on WhatsApp... whoever answered me claimed that there was nothing about that in the conversation... that there was no record of it there. And on top of that they lied saying that I should have spoken to another temakeria and that they had NEVER sold tempura. Reality: you open their iFood and it's the first thing that appears. TERRIBLE SERVICE. They lost not just one customer, they lost 4 customers considering that everyone here at home shopped there since we live nearby. I will expose here the blatant lie they said. They said they didn't even sell tempura. But look at the print I took of their menu on iFood. If they didn't want to fulfill what they promised, at least get straight to the point, lying is terrible.
