Well, unfortunately I didn't have a good experience in this long-awaited "Mirante Itapecerica", I believe that many people didn't have it for the same reasons as mine. Come on, I went on Saturday where I sat on the ground floor of the restaurant and believe it or not, it took 15 minutes for someone to serve me and my family, and another 30 minutes for them to bring the order. Until then I had understood, the place was full, but with only 3 waiters to serve about 70 customers is a very big irresponsibility of the managers. The same situation was repeated on Sunday, but this time in the "premium" sector, the part where the landscape is located. In addition to the delay in getting service and the delay in delivering the snacks (NOTE: Potatoes are completely cold), some waiters were giving preferences in months of acquaintances, taking the opportunity to chat and forgetting about the rest of the customers. NOTE: On Sunday, there were also only 3 waiters to serve the entire sector. Then follow the tip for the administration of the place! You have everything to succeed, and to be one of the biggest undertakings equal to those that exist in the Center of Embu, but let's hire more and qualify the employees, because this is tarnishing the image of a restaurant in which I emphasize that it has everything to succeed . You don't charge cheap for dishes, snacks and drinks, so it's not right to leave something to be desired with service, rushing staff and cold food, this will end the name and expectations you've built over the years. For tourists who want to visit, I recommend it because of the landscape and the snacks, it's something that arrived to move the center of the city that stood still for many years.
