However, we are sorry that your experience was frustrating in some ways. Regarding portions, we understand your disappointment with their size. Portions are 500g which has been satisfactory for most customers, while appetizers can be considered individual as they are on average 250g, both duly stated on the menu. As for our pricing policies, we try to make them fair and accessible to everyone. Regarding service, it is extremely important for us that our waiters are well trained and able to provide accurate information about, for example, the bartending service and seasonal drinks as well as some wine options. We are currently expanding the description of our menu options with a digital catalog as we are implementing it on Mercadodas-artes.kyte.site We will reinforce the importance of training and ensure that all team members are prepared to meet customer needs. We apologize for the lack of care with empty tables, glasses and bottles. Since we operate as a "theatre-show" and we are not a bar but a cultural space, removing glasses and bottles can disrupt this experience. We will reinforce the importance of cleanliness and organization among our employees to ensure that tables are always in adequate condition.
