I thought it was a shame, I'm from Brusque and I went to Havan because we know its good reputation, we went to buy bath towels. When you got there, there were several price tags for the product (R$ 29.90). I found it very cheap and checked on the barcode reader the value was R$49.90, almost double. So I called a Havan employee and informed her that the platelets had the wrong value. She told me it was [from 29.90]. So I asked where the 29.90 bath towel was on the shelf. She told me she didn't know and it wasn't even there. So I replied, the price on that shelf is wrong. She turned escort to us and walked away. What I can say is for the people at Havan to keep an eye on the Barra Velha store, what they are doing is a disgrace. I will visit more Havan stores. Mind you Luciano, you are not a thief.
