I want to start by saying how much I appreciate this restaurant's delicious food and delivery efficiency. It's a place that I recommend to all my friends and family, and I visit every day. However, I would like to share a recent experience that left me a little disappointed. Today, when placing my usual order via WhatsApp, I encountered a small obstacle. Due to a dietary restriction, I kindly requested that the fries be replaced with mashed potatoes. I expected it to be a simple request, especially considering it would actually be more economical for the restaurant. However, the employee Chris was extremely rude and showed no interest in fulfilling my request, suggesting that I simply order something else from the menu. I understand that it may have been an atypical situation, but I think it is important to highlight that flexibility and commitment to satisfying customer needs are fundamental to maintaining your loyal customer base. Furthermore, I believe that small adaptations like this would not only improve the customer experience, but could also contribute positively to the restaurant's image. Due to the terrible service received, I have decided that I will not order from this establishment again and will no longer recommend it to my friends and family. Unfortunately, I cannot continue supporting a place that does not value its customers.
