My experience at the "LE CAFE" cafeteria could have been sensational, but it wasn't; and I regret it, because I wanted to go back there more often. Despite having ordered a delicious pink lemonade, my joy soon disappeared when I received the chicken tapioca with cream cheese that I had requested. To my unpleasant surprise, the tapioca was filled with pieces of onion, something that was not mentioned on the menu. According to the CDC, consumers have the right to adequate and clear information about the products and services they wish to purchase, including the correct specification of characteristics, composition and any associated risks, as the Superior Court of Justice has ruled. Furthermore, the treatment I received from the short attendant was completely unacceptable. When I expressed that I didn't like the tapioca with onion, she told me that "I should have asked (SIC) treated me with contempt and disdain, which is unacceptable in any service establishment. So if a person goes into a cafeteria and asks for a sandwich If there is a lot of pepper, will it be the consumer's fault for not asking? Upon receiving the change for the pink lemonade, the attendant demonstrated an extremely rude attitude, completely ignoring my presence and even failing to respond to my "good evening" greeting. It is unfortunate that a place that seemed promising for the quality of its drinks has failed so badly in delivering quality service and treating customers appropriately. I would not recommend the cafeteria "LE CAFE" to anyone, given my extremely negative experience. Dietary restrictions: menu does not present clear information.
