Excelente pizzaria em Canoas! Ambiente muito agradavel e bonito, atendimento perfeito do garçon e pizza diferenciada, com massa própria de nivel italiana de verdade. Conheci o restaurante pelo Instagram, e levei mais 5 amigas para jantar. Nosso prato foi risoto com salmão, pois as fotos postadas pelo restaurante eram maravilhosas. Porém, para nossa surpresa, foi servido totalmente diferente daquilo que vimos e pedimos. Salmão sem cor, estava quase branco, além de bem baixinho, lembrando um filé de frango. Risoto seco, nada parecido com a foto. Infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência, tanto para mim que convidei as amigas, qto para elas que também não aprovaram. I went to La Ricotta Restaurant on 01/15/2024, on my birthday and I had a very bad experience. It was a Monday and I arrived at 7:30 pm, the restaurant was empty. The service left a lot to be desired, there was only one employee in the restaurant, he served us as a waiter and also worked at the cash register. When we arrived we sat at a table on the first floor, it was very hot and we asked the waiter to turn on the air conditioning, but he said that the air was damaged, that only the air conditioning on the second floor was working, so we asked to change tables. and we went to the second floor. We waited a long time and the waiter didn't bring our glasses and drinks, which were left on the other table, so we had to go down from the second floor and get them. After we received the starters and ate, the waiter didn't go up to the second floor to see if we needed anything else, if we wanted to order the main dishes, even though the house was empty, there was only us there, the waiter stayed at the cashier in the first floor playing on the cell phone and watching videos, we had to go downstairs and call the waiter so we could order the dishes and drinks, the whole night it was like that, the waiter didn't go up to the second floor to serve us, we had to go down and ask him. A huge disregard for us as a customer. Around 9pm the waiter remembered to turn on the background music in the restaurant. In the end, when we went to pay the bill, he charged us a 12% service fee without informing us. And the service was horrible! We left the restaurant at almost 10pm and were the only customers all night. We had a very negative experience. The food was very good, but the service was very bad, very disrespectful towards customers. I hope they change this employee, as he demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism!
