I have a good average rating because the food is very good, the atmosphere and the personal service as well. But ordering delivery is very careless. I gave it several chances because I really liked sushi and the restaurant, but every time, whether I ordered directly from them or through an app like Ifood, delivery always took an hour longer than expected. My last order was just two hot temakis, both without rice, they came with rice and arrived 2 hours after my order. I end up losing my appetite and interest in dinner that night because I ordered at 8:30 pm and it arrived at 10:30 pm. I tried to contact Ifood and the restaurant didn't even respond to them. I called the restaurant directly and they told me it had just left. It came upside down, wrong, and cold. Anyway, Itaúna is a small city, which makes this neglect with delivery unjustifiable. The restaurant may be full, with a lean team, but be more honest with the deadline so that people can start ordering sooner to account for your delay.
