I've been going to this Kopenhagen unit since it was located in this Mall. There have been moments where the service was lacking. But what I have as a testimony for at least 2/3 years now, is a significant improvement every day in the quality of service. I am always very well attended and received by all the employees there, as well as the friendly and kind manager Tatiana. I highlight here the impeccable and caring service provided by Kailane, Nice, Nati, and the entire store team. I hope that my evaluation reaches the attention of the employees, because when the team is good and works, it needs to be praised by customers and owners. The success of an establishment, in addition to the quality of its products, depends primarily on the human quality of its service to its customers, and the appreciation of its employees.
