I've been shopping there for years, I've only had problems with the food once, but the service is direct, and it's tiring with these robotic online menus, where you don't know if your order has been taken, and you're stuck waiting for a response or waiting for the order to arrive. It ends up that there is no answer, you can't buy it or order it elsewhere, it takes a while to respond, açaí has risen in price by more than 15% (1L from R$26 to R$30) but the container is made of plastic and the açaí arrives melting and without spoon. I've been buying there since I was a teenager, but it's been difficult lately. Price per person: R$40–60 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
