I went to Kanpai, ordered pickup on the website and we decided to eat there. We were hungry, craving temaki, when we left, there was only rice, and the shrimp we had to look for to try to find, and even then, running the risk of failing in the attempt. Finally, we lost the desire to eat the rest and asked to pack it for travel. I've been a long-time customer at Kanpai de San Martín and I've never had any problems there, but I've already risked asking for mercy twice and I regret it so much! The supreme temaki costs 100.00, and I tell you that this was the most expensive amount I paid for a kilo of rice, because to be quite honest, there was almost no cream cheese and shrimp. On the night of 10/19/24 I was at Kanpai out of pity, my son felt sick after eating and went to the bathroom when he got there he vomited and the flush wasn't working, he came back to the table and told me what happened, as a mother myself. knowing that it would not be my obligation to clean, but he didn't even have time to finish speaking, the lady who was at the register arrived right behind wanting me to clean and was not polite at all, she didn't ask what my son had if he needed cleaning. some help, I got up and went to clean the bathroom when I got back I asked for the bill and left, it was very clear a total act of racism because I'm sure that if it was a white child, with white parents and who wasn't rich, I'm sure she wouldn't have this attitude.
