Dear people responsible for Kanpek, We would like to express our dissatisfaction with our recent visit to the Kanpek unit located in Taubaté Shopping. Unfortunately, the experience we had left a lot to be desired due to the quality of the shrimp dishes we consumed. When ordering shrimp in our order, we were disappointed to note that they showed clear signs of poor hygiene and inadequate preparation. The texture and flavor of the shrimp indicated that they had not been cleaned properly, which really spoiled our meal. As loyal Kanpek customers, we expected a consistent standard of quality across all of our visits. Unfortunately, this experience led us to question the food preparation procedures and quality control at their unit in Taubaté Shopping. We value the Kanpek brand and the reputation it maintains in the market. We hope that our complaint will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that situations like this do not occur again. We appreciate your attention to our concern and eagerly await a response regarding the actions that will be taken to resolve this issue and to ensure that Kanpek's quality standards are maintained.
