This is the second time we have ordered from this Delivery, the first time everything went well, the food was delicious, it arrived in a reasonable time, the service was ok. We liked it and repeated it to our regret!!! It took too long to arrive, when the order arrived it was wrong, hot (hot Japanese food, which means it is no longer fresh), all tossed and turned, the motorcycle courier must have shaken everything, and even worse, the salmon in Jyo's portion was at least with a suspicious odor, when we noticed it, we decided not to eat it anymore to be safe, the concern is that we ended up eating the Temakis. At that moment we decided to throw everything away, but first I photographed both the way it arrived and then everything that went in the trash. I sent it to them via WhatsApp, reporting the facts, but they simply ignored it! There was no explanation, no apology, I think they thought I wanted my money back! I confess that it would be a noble attitude, but I'm not that optimistic, but at least a retraction from them, and even a word of reassurance about it, because spoiled salmon kills!!! I leave here my report and indignation regarding the behavior of the establishment, remembering that they are obliged to keep a sample of the food served for 5 days, because if by chance one of us were to get sick, we can know the type of bacteria that could possibly we may be dealing with.
