IT Restaurante é muito gostoso também no delivery. Pedi um tartar de carne, um peixe grelhado e legumes, e tudo veio super bem temperado, no ponto certo e bem fresco. Estava tudo muito gostoso. Com certeza pediria de novo. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

Restaurante completamente despreparado para receber clientes, menu inteiro faltando e a equipe sem nenhum treinamento para interações do tipo. Nenhum dos pratos, entradas e bebidas que pedimos estavam disponíveis, frutas que acabaram e o garçom vindo avisar após checar com a cozinha. Nem as segundas opções estavam disponíveis, infelizmente não voltaremos e quando perguntarem, recomendaremos outro lugar. Péssimo em todos os aspectos, claramente mal gerenciado e com inúmeras opções no shopping realmente não faz sentido ir nesse restaurante. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered a few vegetarian meals, including dumplings with cheese, as listed on the English menu. However, the waiter either mistakenly brought us meatballs instead or their English menu is terribly translated - when you point at dumplings with cheese they bring meatballs. When we asked for a replacement, he brought the correct dish quickly—but still included the meatballs on our bill. To make matters worse, one of the waiters ate the meatballs right in front of us, behind the counter. While we appreciate that the food we didn’t order didn’t go to waste, it’s unacceptable for the restaurant to feed staff at the customer’s expense—especially when they already charge triple the standard price for beer. This raises serious questions about the management of this establishment. The staff didn’t speak any English, which is surprising in one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. The prices were unreasonably high for the quality of food, and considering IT Ristorante is one of the few dining options in Shopping Leblon, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The administration should focus on customer satisfaction rather than short-term profits. Restaurants like IT Ristorante give tourists second thoughts about visiting Rio again, which is unfortunate—because the city itself is fantastic.
