“cozy ambience”, “thoughtful owners”, “food made with love”, “various vegetarian options” I’m embarrassed to say this is a review long overdue. My husband and I went to hygge Ilhabela twice during our trip to ilhabella last year. The experience was amazing. The owners were so kind (they speak English too) and you can see that they really put a considerable amount of effort and thought into the whole restaurant, whether it’s the food or interior design. All dishes were delicious but light on the stomach, I could tell that fresh ingredients were used. Also, they had many vegetarian choices, which is much appreciated. Anyway, we will definitely visit again when we’re back in Ilhabela.
