I've been buying from Hot Pizza for almost 3 years because of the quality of the pizza and punctual delivery. Yesterday, 11/08, 1h30min passed, I didn't receive the pizza and I had to cancel. The problem was not the delay itself, I understand that there was high demand due to Father's Day, however, they did not contact us to inform us that there would be a delay. After waiting for 1h15, I sent a message on WhatsApp and the person who responded informed that they had a high demand, but that the order would be out in 5 minutes, which also didn't happen, so I canceled it. I bought at least once a month in the last few years. I found this lack of satisfaction regarding the delay to be a total lack of respect for the consumer. I will not buy from Hot Pizza again, but here is a suggestion for those who manage the business: when there is a forecast of high demand or when you realize that they will not be able to deliver within the deadline you stipulate, contact the customer. Ask if he agrees to wait or if he prefers to cancel. It is the basics of providing quality service. I know that stopping purchasing will not affect the company, that is not even my intention, it is just my dissatisfaction with the service.
