Please read the facts below carefully: - unfortunately you forgot that the 2 separate sauces are also part of the salad, so we sent you more than the 500g you paid for. - perhaps you have forgotten the basic physics concept that is taught in school, known as density. Of the 18 items you can choose from in the large 500g salad, you only chose 2x lettuce. All other items were much denser ingredients, that is, they have greater weight and less volume. That being said, your salad did not fill the bowl (remember that, as is described and explicit in our menu on iFood, we sell the salad by weight and not by the volume of the bowl). It is worth remembering that we sent you more than the promised 500g. - we only work with fresh items of the day, our quality standards are very high, withered leaves are obviously not used and are promptly discarded. Another fact: before making this inappropriate assessment, you had already requested cancellation through iFood. As we sent you exactly what you ordered and paid for (in fact, even more), we reject your cancellation request. Unfortunately, iFood support approved the cancellation of this order. Therefore, not content with incurring financial losses, with this assessment I wanted to tarnish our image with points that are completely out of touch with reality. Don't worry, you didn't make it =) It would be so simple for you to call us or send us a message on WhatsApp, so that you could understand that we only sent you what you chose...
