I frequently consume the company's products and have never had a problem. However, the last time, on New Year's Eve, the delivery man refused to come to my house and I had to go to where he was. I contacted the company to resolve a problem, as they charged for delivery (20 reais) and hoped that it would be done properly. When I received the response, they insinuated that I was lying and that I didn't open it to the delivery man (which obviously isn't true), they said the delivery man was 100% right. I requested a refund of the delivery cost as it was not done correctly, which the company refused to do. In short, Geneal prefers to make money with delivery than with hot dogs, they lost a customer, I will never buy anything again and I will not recommend it to anyone!!!
