I am very pleased with the incredible service I received at the Esquina do Sabor restaurant. However, as a vegetarian, I felt a lack of suitable options on the menu. I would suggest that the team, including the owner, consider including additional vegetarian and vegan dishes such as spaghetti, breaded vegetables, omelet and meatless beans (ensuring they do not contain animal fat or meat broth). Transparency in dish descriptions is key as many of us are cautious due to past experiences. This diversification would be greatly appreciated by customers like me, who value conscious and tasty eating options. I hope you take this suggestion into consideration to further improve the gastronomic experience at your establishment.
