Meu namorado trouxe duas pizzas Doru para jantarmos ontem e gente, sério, que decepção!! Pagamos R$102 reais em duas pizzas individuas. A apresentação da Caprese achei horrível (eles moeram as azeitonas e jogaram em forma de montinhos pela pizza, nem entendemos o que era de início). A massa é emborrachada, passamos uma dificuldade enorme para mastigar (meu masseter ficou cansado). A pizza de Carciofo não gostamos do presunto, mas pode ser por questão de gosto né... mas também veio com as azeitonas moídas. Enfim, esperávamos muito mais. Não só pelo preço, mas também para pela apresentação do lugar e as alternativas de sabores. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I went to visit Doru Pizzeria and ordered two pizzas for lunch on 06/16 (holiday). When they were ready I realized that they were quite greasy and decided to ask the employee Taís who was at the counter for cutlery. What was my surprise when she answered me in a very rude way that she wasn't going to provide them to me because she needed to use them to serve other customers' salads, since the pizzeria didn't have many cutlery. I still insisted that I would like to use the cutlery and she said she wouldn't give it to me, turning away and completely ignoring me. Faced with that situation, I called the employee Artur and said I wanted to speak to the person responsible. After listening to my complaint, he confirmed the small amount of cutlery in the place, but he was going to ask someone to wash it and then he would provide it to me. After some time I received the cutlery on the table. Doru, this borders on the ABSURD! I didn't go to a corner bar, but a pizzeria that is located in a privileged location and has a very different price (for the product and service it offers!). I suggest that they better orient employees towards customer service and purchase more cutlery for when they ask for it. Outraged!
