What I expect from an establishment that has the term "Hamburgueria" in its name is that it specializes in hamburgers. I'm starting to get suspicious when, when opening the menu, I come across so many options for meat portions and other elements, which end up blurring the purpose a little: making a burger. The service is good. Upon entering the room, we are greeted by a friendly girl, who introduces us to the facilities, which, by the way, are very beautiful. There is a pleasant outdoor area and on the day we went, there was live music, which was equally pleasant. There is a digital menu option, but as we didn't take our cell phones with us, we requested a physical menu and were promptly served. The small flaws started when we placed our orders: it took a while for the drinks to be served and there was confusion with the ice cups. We ordered the famous 6 mini burgers, which came accompanied by several sauces with a strong taste of industrialized condiments, one of which had the same flavor as those K'nor Caldo. Horrible. The snacks came accompanied by a portion of chopped arugula salad, without seasoning or oil. Just the dry leaves, lost in the middle of the plate. If the intention is for the customer to fit that salad at some point, they could at least offer cutlery. I feel like the room was completely out of context, just serving to give visual volume to the dish. The burgers are also accompanied by fries, in an extraordinary way. In fact, everything was extraordinarily ok. About the snacks: as it was an artisanal burger, I honestly expected much more. They were dry, without flavor. The breads had an excessively toasted interior, with a strong taste of butter, or whatever it was. The Australian bread was completely dry, unpleasant to the taste. Price of the dish: R$69.00 Price of Coke, 250mL: R$7.00 Price of pineapple juice with mint, 500mL: R$12.00" They accept VR. In conclusion: they promise a lot and deliver little. I could just focus more on making a good burger. Hamburgueria Don Hamburgo does not live up to its name. I don't intend to go back.
