A atmosfera de hospitalidade deste restaurante depende muito dos funcionários, que são amigáveis aqui. Muitos convidados voltaram a sua atenção para o facto do serviço ser veloz. Comprei o Poke feito por este lugar, através Ifood, bem ruim , faltou ingredientes escolhidos, salmão baixa qualidade, quase não tinha o molho escolhido , se for comprar va pessoalmente retirar, para verificar se está tudo certo como pediu Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$60–80

From now on I make it clear that my complaint is not in relation to the restaurant's food but rather the service provided and delivery management carried out by the 'house'. On 12/10 I placed the order via Ifood. When the app itself reported that delivery would take place in around 15 to 25 minutes. See you there Ok. My problem with restaurants that don't deliver at the agreed time is the blessing of SATISFACTION. I know very well that unforeseen events happen (rain, employees, motorcycle courier, etc.) However, the minimum thing that should happen in these moments is to report to the CUSTOMER/CONSUMMER the reason for such a delay, so that they understand whether or not to continue with the order. In this case with DOM SUSHI MOOCA, an order that was supposed to be delivered in 25 minutes ended up waiting 1 hour 10 minutes, without even a single satisfaction from the restaurant. I had to send a message to understand what was happening. I tried via Ifood chat, but whoever responded didn't know the true STATUS of the order. And yes, I received the order after more than 1 hour, but out of respect for the professional who came in the rain to bring it to me, however, I had tried to CANCEL the order, but the restaurant refused. I repeat that about the food, I have nothing to complain about, but my indignation is related to the model adopted to deal with unexpected events during the operation and the lack of communication and respect with those who request the order.
