Já foi muito melhor. O shoyo é aguado, melhor levar de casa. Tem que insistir pedindo os molhos e as outras coisas, caso contrário, nada chega a mesa. Antes e depois da pandemia, muito diferente.
Comida boa... porém pode melhorar! Falta higiene com os camarões, onde não se retira as fezes. Esperava mais pois conhecia o padrão do italiano e do Árabe, e pelo preço que é cobrado.
Ambiente bonito, confortável e agradável. Ótimo atendimento, garçons muito atenciosos e prestativos. Comemos o rodízio. Variedade e sabor excelentes. Tudo é feito na hora, vem fresquinho e quentinho.
Pensei várias vezes antes de fazer essa avaliação por conta dos momentos importantes que já comemorei lá, mas me sinto na obrigação de outras pessoas não passarem pelo mesmo. Não sei o que fizeram com esse lugar, está simplesmente horrível. Comi peixe com gosto estranho e com corte grosseiro, demora no atendimento, nossos pedidos não estavam vindo completos e, quando veio, veio tudo de uma vez. Os atendentes tentam contornar a situação, mas eles são poucos, não tem como. O que salvou foi o espumante que não tem como errar, né. Bad experience on Valentine's Day. We made a reservation for 9:30 pm, now it's 10:23 pm and we can't get in. Several couples are out here waiting for legal action for moral damages. HORRIBLE
I was at the establishment this week. And even with a reservation made for 9:30 pm, the table was only ready at 10:10 pm after we complained that people were passing in front of us. It took them more than 20 minutes to deliver the rotation order and they lost our order, something that was only reported almost an hour after we were waiting, they asked to fill it out again and after 40 minutes they returned saying that the order had been lost again. We asked about the bottle of sparkling wine and they said we could finish dinner so we could do the recording. In the meantime, the command was once again lost for the third time. It was already 00:20, we were hungry, frustrated and decided it would be better to leave, we told them about the bottle and they said it had already been closed, without telling us, not fulfilling the agreement we paid for. We left the restaurant at 00:40 extremely disappointed with the situation, mainly because the bill was more than 600 reais for a service that was not delivered. Unprepared restaurant, lost employees. I went to the restaurant for lunch on Friday...sushi tasted old, little variety for the price paid...I went on a Sunday and the menu was much better and the food was replenished quickly. I paid the same amount as I would have paid at Dom. The service was terrible and they charged 15% for the service without informing the customer! They can't let the restaurant's level drop like that.
