Super family place, great service, if you go once, you won't be able to stop going. The HAWAI party, with the new space, was perfect, wonderful, a house full of beautiful people, a super pleasant atmosphere. Congratulations to everyone involved in providing us with this night. I don't recommend it! The place would have potential if it weren't for the owner. It's due to the terrible service, especially from the owner of the establishment, who doesn't know how to address the customer. We had already been there before and loved it, so much so that this weekend we recommended the place and were at a table with 8 people. Around 11pm the owner approached the table claiming that he needed to close the bar, and if we intended to "lick" the drink, indicating that we wanted to stay at the bar without intending to leave. The bar still had more than 8 tables, all seated, and the cashier line was huge, meaning we weren't the last inconvenient table that was preventing the activities from closing. It is also important to highlight that all the glasses were full, we were only finishing our drinks before leaving, which would be right, since we paid for them. In summary: terrible customer service, rude treatment, owner who doesn't know how to talk and completely uneducated. I don't recommend it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
