I've been to all the cafes in Santa Rosa and so far Casa do Conde has been the best. The food is good, the prices are good, the drinks are good, the service is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. There is a variety of products, although there are not many vegetarian options. The prices are good, especially when you take into account the quality of the products. Like every establishment there are certain problems: The door is always open and without air curtains gives space for flies and other insects to enter the establishment, when you sit near the windows this ends up being a somewhat irritating problem. I have never seen any insects near food that is ideally closed and protected. I thought of a simple solution for this but closing the door could be complicated for some clients, so perhaps an air curtain would be the most viable option. The place has become popular and there are not always tables available, a common problem faced by good establishments that are consolidating, with this in mind the establishment should prepare to receive some takeaway orders, I ordered an iced tea to take away and received a glass of overflowing coffee, without ice or the usual fruit. In general: A very nice place to sit and have afternoon tea. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible by ramp, I'm not sure if there's enough space to maneuver a wheelchair inside the parking lot, but in the worst case you can get things to take with you.
