This is the second time we go. Good food at a fair price. Just today I had a bad experience with an issue. We are 4 people, a couple, 2 girls aged 3 and 5. The menu offers an all-you-can-eat lunch or dinner option, which serves one person. I left Caxias to go there because I, in particular, wanted to eat only shrimp. When we got there we decided to opt for a free one for the wife, she would share it with the girls, who actually snack, you know, you can't even call it a meal. And I would exclusively order a portion of shrimp. Boy informed that he does not serve 1 free meal and portions on the same table. I even understood that if 4 people don't have enough, ask for one free one and as there is a replacement, they eat in 4, right. There are plenty of portion options. Then I tried to explain to him that it wouldn't be my case, I would only eat the shrimp portion. He reluctantly denied it anyway, so I told him we did it like this. You sell it to me for the same price as free, with replacement but without replacement. Only the first batch is enough food because my wife and the girls eat almost nothing but as it comes with beans and a variety, there would be plenty for them and there would be leftovers. He refused too. I didn't understand the logic. I wanted to buy a free one with replacement, it fit without replacement and he didn't accept it. So, since we were traveling from far away, I ordered my shrimp, which by the way, I ate 2 portions, I shared some with my oldest because she loves shrimp, and the baby ate about 20 potato chips. A bit disappointed because you go to a restaurant and they refuse to serve what's on the menu, it's complicated and violates the consumer protection code. However, I don't get attached to these things but unfortunately I won't return. If I go to a place, and I can't eat what I want on the menu, even if I pay or accept losing. It doesn't work there. I was upset for the kids. It's a shame, a nice clean environment, everything was perfect, just this one question that I insisted on with the guy about three times trying to explain that he wouldn't miss anything, but he still didn't want to answer.
