Rota do café em Serra Negra. Acesso por estrada de terra. Espaço cuidado e harmonizado com a natureza. Limpo, simples e descontraído. Oferta alguns tipos de cafés produzidos no local pela família. I'm giving it 5 stars, because I couldn't give it more! My wife and I went on the tour guided by Mr. Roberto to the coffee plantation and it was a unique experience. In addition to all the friendliness, care and education of Mr Roberto and his family, we learned a lot during the visit about Italian migration to Brazil and all the processes involved in the production of special coffee. Mr. Roberto and his family, in addition to having high technical knowledge, demonstrate that they do their work with a lot of love, it was quite inspiring to observe this. I learned a lot during the visit and my appreciation and knowledge of specialty coffee only increased! At the end of the visit, we were able to taste the coffees produced by the family, which have won competitions and are of the highest quality. Even my wife, who is not a big fan of coffee, tasted it and approved. The snack bar also has pies and cakes available for a fair price. The carrot cake is excellent, but the chicken pie won my heart because of the fond childhood memory. I recommend buying at least one package of each coffee produced on the farm at the shop, so that after returning home you will remember the moments spent there and the explanations of the guided tour. My favorite was the Arara! Note: if you are not used to special coffee, find out more by watching some YouTube videos on how to prepare the drink. TIP: If you have stayed in Aguas de Linddoia, do not type on Google Maps :Cafe Nonno Marchi" to get to the place, as Google will send you to a road that is difficult to access, there is a much easier access. Instead, Put "coffee tourist route" on the maps and select the address of the Serra Negra route, you will be guided to the portal of the Serra Negra Cafe tourist route, where you will land on a beautiful road with coffee plantations in view. Soon after passing through the portal, enter the address of Cafe Nonno Marchi, after driving a little on this little road to the coffee plantations, the maps will guide you on about 2km of a dirt road that is very easy to access and in good condition to access the farm.
