It's absurd that I go to the store for 5 days to buy hot chocolate for the trip and there is no packaging and because I can't stay there I don't get what I want.

Bad service and unprepared staff. I made a purchase, where the chocolate arrived withered, when I immediately returned to the store, the employee informed me that she could not exchange it for another product, ONLY for the same product. I didn't accept it, as it could come out withered again, when I asked for my money back, she refused to give it back. The Consumer Protection Code states in § 1. If the defect is not remedied within a maximum period of thirty days, the consumer may demand, alternatively and at his/her choice: I - replacing the product with another of the same type, in perfect conditions of use; II - the immediate refund of the amount paid, monetarily updated, without prejudice to possible losses and damages; III - proportional price reduction.
