I went when there was a coffee shop combo event. Crowded house and few attendants. People who arrived later received it before us. My group and I waited for our order to "arrive" for 1 hour and 20 minutes, there were 6 of us, when it arrived, only 4 sandwiches and 4 drinks included, mine and another friend's combo did not arrive. During this delivery, they did not give us a position as to whether it was already coming or whether it was ready. So, trying to call the attendants, it took us around 20 minutes, until we were answered and I requested to cancel my order, and then they said that ours was already ready lol anyway. I decided to accept, and we were served right away (and still missing the drink). I thought the food was ok. The drink (which only came later) and the dessert I thought were beyond sweet. In the end there was still an error in the charge. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it. I suggest increasing the number of attendants so as not to overload them, because I understand that there are a lot of people and confusion can happen, but it is the responsibility of the owners of the place to provide both the hiring of more employees and their training. I don't blame the attendants who were there, they were polite and calm and there were very few for the number of customers, but I criticize precisely those who manage the place, after all, it's not just the food that makes the establishment good, but the whole and I felt that there was a lack of organization, preparation, care (for customers and employees), and also reading the feedback given here, which from what I understood, these points were equally bad experiences for many other people. Terrible service, the servers always look ugly and not to mention the dishes are super small and the cost is expensive, not worth it and on top of that they charge the service fee and don't even ask you if you want to pay or not, they immediately put it on the note for you to pay ! I honestly don't recommend it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
