I've never seen anything like it in Sobral. Finally Sobral gets something completely different from anything that has ever existed. I went for the first time yesterday, 6/4/22. From the moment you enter, all the waiters are extremely polite. Great atmosphere. Excellent live music. Different from the ones in Sobral with rough forrós, absurd lyrics and no quality whatsoever. Tables without gaps or swings, beautiful glasses, top quality glasses, perfectly polished cutlery and with the correct position on the table lined up by the waiters dish by dish, I felt very good. Super lean menu, as it should be, less is more. Nothing 300 options, just 10 in each category covering everything, sea, meat, pasta, etc. Beautiful paintings and some of them for sale by artists from Ceará and other renowned artists. Everything very refined, orders without delay Extremely food, I'll say it again. EXTREMELY WELL EXECUTED. We ask for the following Prohibited: Steak Tartare. Perfect, well seasoned, not too much salt, not too much lemon, smooth sauce and quality meat. Main course: We ask Veal ravioli with sauce Pasta with pecorino cheese and truffle oil Both perfect. Beautiful and correct dishes for using the dish presented. Dessert we ordered Panacota, delicious, super smooth as it should be. You can order anything from the menu, there will be no regrets. Beautiful drinks with incredible flavors. There's the Moscow Mule, and the Thalassas with spiced rum, basil and orange tree smoke, you'll be surprised. Good acoustics, everything was thought of. Neither too high nor too low. Too loud it interferes with conversation, too low no one listens, just in case. THANK GOD A RESTAURANT WITHOUT TELEVISION, favoring the origin, good conversation, admiration for the partner and contemplation of the beauty and dishes. The architecture of the place was extremely well used, they opened spacing arches and interconnected spaces with a glass wine cellar in the middle of the arch, brilliant. Many of the premises still have the beautiful history told in past generations by taking advantage of the originality in the period walls, all of which have been put to good use. Beautiful. Simply perfect. The serious tone of the colors conveys warmth, a milder and more elegant atmosphere. That nice cold. Wall with textures and blue velvet sofa, as well as beautiful and very comfortable. Tables and chairs of unique delicacy, all well made of quality wood and no chips, dirt or even rough tones anywhere. It has an external and internal part, we prefer the internal one through the air. All air conditioning units are free from leaks, leaks or up-to-date maintenance and are all very clean. Great. Everything there is very clean, next time I want to visit the kitchen. Very clean bathroom in the men's section, imagine the women's section. Very well thought out ambient lights, high ceilings of more than 3.5m with the lights gave a much bigger feeling, well executed project. All waiters and waitresses very well dressed and lined up. All wearing uniforms and with clean beard and hair as expected. I only missed a little sign with their names, but everyone was extremely well-mannered. Dishes served from the left and removed from the right as described in "The art of The table" by Suzane or the chapter in Chaves when Dona Florinda teaches good manners. Exactly as the costume says. Chic in the last one. Those who didn't go to Sobral are missing out a lot. I wish all the places in Sobral were at least like this. Everything very well done. Thank you, I'll be back soon.
