A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE NEVER TO REPEAT IN YOUR LIFE. Firstly, we arrived early (the bar wasn't full) and requested more tables and chairs for our friends who would arrive, they denied us saying that they could only put them up when they arrived and that we didn't need to worry as they would have tables and chairs left, in short... people started arriving and when we requested tables and chairs they said they no longer had them. The second thing that happened was that they sold a drink to one of our friends, he put everything on his card and then they came to inform him that they didn't have that liter of drink and that he would have to take credit for the amount and would not receive the amount. in kind, that is, he would be forced to spend the amount on the spot on something he did not want (ABsurd). The third thing: the waiter told us that they had a promotion that if we had 10 people at the table we would be entitled to beer and caipirinha for R$3.99, upon learning this information we invited more friends to come and simply when we completed the quantity Minimum number of people at the table, the waiter came and said that the promotion no longer existed and that it was only in December. LIKE THIS? Do you think it's over? The chaos at Arts Gastrobar didn't stop there! We ordered two waters, paid R$12.00 and the waiter brought us a 500ml water and a 350ml water, I questioned the difference in size, since we had paid the same amount for both and he said it was the same price, so I asked him to replace the 350ml one with a 500ml one, when he returned he said he didn't have more than 500ml so we would have to keep a 350ml and a 500ml one, I asked again if there would be a difference in the value since we were receiving products in different quantities and the waiter's response without any sympathy was: that's how it is! LIKE THIS? HOW DOES A WAITER SIMPLY RESPOND WITH THIS DISCARE TO THE CUSTOMER WHICH IS IN HIS RIGHT? Very dissatisfied, we looked for the girl (manager) again to make our complaints, she didn't even let us speak properly and was already asking for another bottle of water to give to us as if we were going to insist on the water itself, as a way to shut us up. Super rude attitude. We upset you even more!!! If it wasn't enough that they didn't follow through with anything they said, the person who introduced himself as manager to us was super mocking. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE! The client deserves at least adequate treatment, if the place is not capable of providing thisbetter close! Every place has problems, no one is perfect, but knowing how to deal with the problem shows your empathy and your difference with your clientif you are not capable of thisbetter not open a company!!!!!! Price per person: R$200+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
