We had ordered it other times and liked it. But today, the experience was terrible! We received two greasy burgers and a limp, soggy and blackened potato, clearly fried in reused/old oil. And the customer service is terrible, I posted this same comment on their Instagram and was blocked. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The snack I thought was very good, in fact I recommend it. The space is very small considering their demand. So much so that during the wait it was necessary to sit on the chairs in the store next door, as there was no space in theirs. The service was poor, leaving a lot to be desired due to the fact that people who arrived later had been called earlier. Furthermore, options such as cans of soda are not available on the digital menu. Considering that it is mandatory to order there, I asked and they said I could choose the bottle that they would then exchange. When it was time to serve, they came with the bottle already uncapped.
