I had a very boring experience today at American Crispy Chicken at Shopping Alegria. I bought a snack that I always buy. I know what it is like and I really liked shopping there, even today because of the terrible service I received. The chicken arrived completely roasted and hard, I took it to the counter and said what I thought of the snack. The girl from the kitchen came and said there was nothing hard. As if I didn't know what snack I always buy. Then the guy at the register said he would make another one, it took almost half an hour, when it arrived it looked like a McDonald’s kids snack. Follow the photos. I just don't buy it anymore. He even lost his hunger. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
