I believe that the problem regarding delivery happens with most restaurants that have a high flow of orders! We work with the highest quality products and consequently I want to take this into account when it comes to deliveries too! However, we have several condominiums in our region, and this makes agility very difficult, our motorcycle couriers are waiting a lot at the entrances (one of my motorcycle couriers waited 45 minutes to deliver to the condominium next to Jundiaí shopping) and this ends up delaying other orders! In addition to the high flow of orders throughout the night. I know you have nothing to do with this, but I'm explaining to you that when we delay, it's not because we want to delay, but because unfortunately something happened that prevented this agility! I believe that in other places you go to buy, you will also experience this same situation, as this is the complaint that several establishment owners talk about in groups.
