Realizei alguns pedidos. Porém o pedido de hoje veio totalmente fora do que costumam entregar. As esfihas são grandes, caprichadas, em todos os sentidos. As de hoje vieram muito pequenas, recheio bagunçado e a massa esta crua, de verdade nem parecia ser do mesmo lugar. Decepcionada com essa entrega. Parece que foram feitas com má vontade.

I lived in Barueri for many years, I never found a pizzeria as good as this one in the region. My brother has lived in Osasco for a few years and, almost a year ago, I moved here to Osasco too. To this day, I haven't found a pizzeria that's as good, not here in Osasco, not in the region, not in Lapa, not in Jaguaré, they don't have a pizza as good as Raffa Pizzas. Yesterday, my brother and I left Osasco to pick up pizzas by car in Barueri, because we didn't think the pizza was as good as Raffa Pizzas. I know it seems exaggerated, but it's true. The pizza is excellent at a good price. It comes with a very good amount of filling, with quality ingredients, but the most important thing of all is that they know how to make PIZZA, the essence of pizza is the DOUGH and the SAUCE, everyone who really loves pizza knows this. Anyone can buy good brands of filling and throw it on top of the pizza, but making a quality dough and a tasty sauce is not for everyone. Yesterday I asked them to make thick dough and add extra sauce, they did. The dough is very good and the sauce is delicious, the pizza was very wet, but didn't break, the dough was consistent and soft, perfectly balanced. And the filling becomes a perfect complement, because it has as much quality as the sauce. There are several pizzerias that I order from and there is almost no sauce, the pizza is dry, or the dough is hard, or the dough is thin and tears, or there is very little topping, there is always something that is not right in the pizzas I order. in other places But at Raffa Pizzas, that's not the case. This is the best pizza I've ever eaten because of that, it is PERFECTLY BALANCED, it has the essence of pizza (quality dough and sauce) and the part that we, Brazilians, also love, quality toppings, and everything just right. correct, nothing stands out over the other. Everything is wonderfully balanced and coming together. Honestly, order the pizza with a thick crust and a rich sauce, it will be the best pizza you will ever eat. NOTE: there is no place to eat there, it is only delivery or take out. As for the service, nothing to complain about, simple and fast, completely satisfactory.
