I ordered delivery via delivery, but they added the wrong items to my smootie. From what I understand, in delivery they do everything the same, possibly not even reading the orders and their individualities. As if that weren't enough, after I called and reported the error, and even though the employee recognized the error, it took them about 40 minutes to send me a message on Wpp to inform me that it would no longer be possible to send it on today's date (20:00 - Thursday ), they wanted to schedule a new delivery for the next day (Friday)!!!. They claimed that they opened a call on “ifood” (which in theory has nothing to do with the story) but that the company did not respond to them, and they left it at that. They gave me the alternative of refunding my credit card, which will happen at least 30 days later. Result: even paying an above-average price (compared to other competing açaís in the city), under the promise of delivery, in theory, “faster”, I am hungry, at a loss, and insecure to place new orders at OAKBERRY AÇAÍ UBERLAND. NOTE: no unit manager was present in the store during the incident.
