    This is the second time we've been to this MC, and the experience was once again horrible. The first time we went through the drive-thru, an ice cream was missing and they asked us to wait. We waited and waited and had to go to the window to order it, and the ice cream was melting. Yesterday we went to eat there, we ordered and it took a long time. The hardest part of the wait was because of the music (they play rational MCs and some funk that only uses bad words). We ordered through the totem and said that we wanted to receive the order at the table, but when it was ready the girl called us to pick it up at the counter. So I showed them the sign with the table number and they took a while to accept that they would have to take it. When it arrived at the table, I thanked them "for their kindness" in taking it there. A blonde smiled and answered my thanks, but a Japanese girl pretended not to hear and rolled her eyes at me. We ate and redeemed ice cream with MEUM points. I scanned the QR code on the table that says to order there to receive the order at the table. This way, we do everything on our cell phones. We order, pay, and enter the table number so they can bring it to the table. THEY DIDN'T GENERATE AN ORDER NUMBER. The lady started calling out the order number, but we didn't realize it was ours. However, they knew it was ours because they started calling it while looking at us. Anyway, this restaurant needs to change the employees, because they don't accept complying with the McDonald's rule, such as delivering the food to the table when it is the customer's choice. Another thing is that every time the ice cream is melting and they always give the same excuse. I believe they need training to learn how to use the machine.
