Nunca curti muito mas agora não tem opção de outro ketchup fora o horroroso da casa e com a diminuição do tamanho do hambúrguer logo estarão servindo com pão de bisnaguinha seven Boys.

On a Friday after work, my partner and I decided to have dinner at Madero Steak House, located in Shopping Iguatemi in Porto Alegre. As a previous patron of the establishment, my expectations were high, especially considering the restaurant's reputation and prices. However, the experience this time left something to be desired in several crucial aspects. When we arrived at Madero, we were cordially welcomed and guided through the digital waiting line, which we considered efficient. When we were finally called, we went to the restaurant, but upon arriving, the receptionist asked us to wait, as the table was still being prepared. I noticed that the receptionist was a little scattered and did not have clear communication with the team. This was evident when she was divided between serving us and observing the preparation of the table on the second floor, demonstrating a lack of adequate training in customer service, a vital sector for the first impression of the establishment. Once taken to our table, we faced a setback: the delay in being served, despite already knowing what we were going to order. The sole employee responsible for serving six tables upstairs seemed overworked. Although the floor was not crowded, the understaffing was notable and negatively impacted our experience. The employee who served us did not demonstrate the expected excellence. Although we were not disrespected, there was a lack of commitment to providing a fantastic experience. There was no personal identification or the simple question of our names, gestures that could have added refinement and humanization to the service. Our order arrived within the expected time, but had significant flaws. The starter, Chicken Fingers, was delicious, but the frying was a little overcooked. The draft beer came in a chilled mug, not frozen as described on the menu, a discrepancy that compromised the fidelity of what was offered. Furthermore, one of the dishes arrived dirty, and, although the attendant took care to replace it, the delay was excessive, and the starter was almost finished when the new dish arrived. As for the main dishes, both were disappointing. The Mignon with parmesan sauce with spaghetti pasta was served as requested, but was a little overcooked and less tender than expected. The sauce, which was supposed to highlight the parmesan, seemed more like a regular white sauce, and the lack of special flavor was noticeable. The breaded Mignon with sauce, fries and Caesar salad had more tender and juicy meat, but the salad portion was small, looking more like a garnish than a side dish. In the end, a different employee greeted us cordially to close the bill. We asked for the bill to be split without a tip, but ended up being charged with the tip included, something we only realized when we left and remade the calculations. Conclusion: The experience at Madero Steak House was less than expected. Having visited the same place years ago, I remember that the service and quality of the food were significantly better. This time the failure to deliver a superior dining experience was evident. The restaurant, which I previously considered to be in the premium segment, is now average, with high prices for what it offers. Inappropriate employee attitudes and the lack of excellent service need to be reviewed to offer the memorable experience that your customers expect.
