Your opinion is very important to us, and we are committed to improving and reconnecting with our valued customers like you. Firstly, I would like to address our reduced opening hours. We are only open Wednesday to Friday as my parents, who run the restaurant, are in their 70s. This may be the last period in which we can maintain our family tradition, and therefore, your support at this time is really very meaningful to us. Regarding the flavor of the soups, we have been closed for more than three years due to the pandemic, and it has been a challenge to recover the traditional flavor in such a short time since our reopening two weeks ago. We really appreciate your feedback and will do our best to improve our dishes. As for the menu reduction, all of our dishes are created and handmade by us, including the noodles and soups. Unfortunately, with current limitations, we are unable to offer the full menu as before. We would love to be able to offer everything we used to, but current circumstances and our age do not allow us to. Still, we are very grateful for the opportunity to return to serving our community, even if in a more limited way. We hope you understand the changes we had to make.
