I loved Kyoto sushi when it was delivery! I ordered it every week, sometimes more than once. However, after they opened the physical restaurant downtown, the flavor changed. The two times I was there, I missed the shari seasoning, it was very flavorless, without contrast, it seems like they didn't prepare it with just sauce, in addition to there being almost no sesame in the uramaki (pale appearance). To add flavor to the pieces, I had to soak them in soy sauce, which is a shame because it masks the flavor of the fish. My sister-in-law was there some time later and made the same complaint. I was disappointed, as it was always the Kyoto shari (as a delivery) that stood out to me. Positive point for the fish, which were fresh. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$40–60
