Unfortunately, my experience with japapop was terrible, I had high expectations and I didn't like it and I don't recommend it either. On 08/11 we arrived at 8:45 pm and we sat at the counter as there was no place to sit at the tables, the guy simply threw the menu on the counter and another guy had to come from the kitchen to serve us. We placed our order but didn't order any starters because I really wanted to try the ramen and it was the first time we had been there. The order was 1 ramen and 1 yakissoba and 2 soft drinks because the portions contain pork and my husband doesn't eat pork. Anyway, as there was a family that arrived after us, we gave up the table they had freed up because it was a family and there were only two of us in this case, my husband and I, so we sat at a table that was very close to the window. There was a couple behind us who had been gone for over 30 minutes and the guy hadn't even picked up their plate as he was just standing there. Anyway, we stood there waiting for our order, the attendant turned off the sign which as far as I know turns off last but ok, he started going from table to table warning that they were closing orders in case anyone wanted to order anything else. It had already been 1 hour of waiting just for what we had ordered and none of our order arrived so we paid for the soft drinks we got and left the place. I really wanted everything to have worked out, but unfortunately I was just disappointed and won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
