Yesterday 26/09, I contacted this establishment requesting the delivery of lunch at 11:55am, as it had not been delivered by 12:55pm, I got in touch and was informed that the order had not yet been shipped, due to the demand it was big! Therefore, I complained about the delay of more than 1 hour to make the delivery and requested a cancellation. The attendant rudely informed me that delivery takes 40 to 75 minutes, which was still within the delivery time and if I hadn't seen this information, it wasn't her problem! I believe that customers deserve and need to be served in a more polite and respectful manner. It was the first and last time! I don't recommend it!
