Entrei de forma despretensiosa e fui muito bem recebida pela Catriana que me sugeriu o menu executivo e ainda me explicou os pratos com muita paciência. Escolhi como principal o filé de pirarucu com baião cremoso e farofa. Gente, que delícia! Entrada e sobremesa deliciosos também. Expresso 73 took the place of the old 153 market, but only the physical location, see? Lower your expectations before going. Is it worth knowing? It's worth it, obviously, but there's still a lot to improve in terms of service and food. There's no way not to expect something similar in the slightest, since the tables and the layout of the place are the same, almost nothing has changed visually, I think they just painted the "railing". The wheat beer was hot and watery (I forgot the brand, I think it was baton? hehehehe) The service is a little scared, a little suspicious, I don't know if it's because of the pandemic, but there's still a lack of trust, I believe that over time they hit the step. Speaking of the pandemic, when you sit down they place one bag per person on the table, a small white bag, common from a supermarket, but without informing you what it is (I discovered logically that it is for putting on a mask). I believe that if the table is properly cleaned/disinfected when it is vacated, this would be unnecessary, but leave that point to the authorities on the matter. The food is good, but it cannot, in any way, be compared to what it was in the old market 153. The quantity, as well as the seasoning, are considerably less. The options on the menu are also very few and the description on it is not that faithful to the dish, the "shrimp with spicy sauce", for example, is actually sautéed shrimp, with rice and the sauce comes separately with a spiciness of 0 at 10:1

Good morning Lays! This period of Pandemic was really very difficult to operationalize, there were several restrictions, we are in another moment and I hope you return so that your experience is better.
