I've eaten at several other renowned sushi restaurants, but for me it's the best sushi I've ever eaten, along with Quinta in the future, but with the advantage of being cheaper. They don't have a carvery, but the pieces are very generous in terms of quantity of fish. I personally don't really like rodizio, as they don't add much fish and fill it with rice. Already there, there is a lot of fish and little rice. The fish there is always fresh and the rice doesn't have that vinegary taste like in other places. I love eating there the combined salmon and EBI Jô (the latter was the best I've ever had in my life. The shrimp are huge and they seal the shrimp in garlic which gives it a special taste).
