My son bought a pizza at Don Gregório Pizzaria and they charged R$93.00, 3 days later he placed the same order again and they charged R$88.00 because that was the price and not R$93.00! My son asked for a refund, showing the pix made to the Pizzeria, the owner gave several lame excuses and didn't want to refund the difference. Unfortunately, this Pizzeria isn't going to go that far! What happened in this case was that the question came days after your purchase and without any proof so that we could verify this difference of R$5.00 that you are questioning.
