Dom Braz Restaurante is simply one of the best dining experiences in Ilhabela. From the moment we arrived, the team showed remarkable attention, friendliness, and a genuine care to make our evening unforgettable. The atmosphere is flawless: cozy, sophisticated, and at the same time welcoming — perfect both for a romantic dinner and for a family gathering. The kids’ area is a true highlight — safe, well-structured, and with supervision, which allows parents to enjoy their evening with peace of mind. The food is nothing short of spectacular. The menu combines creativity and flavor, with dishes that are beautifully crafted and perfectly presented. The Dom Braz Grana Padano pasta and the octopus cooked to perfection were absolute highlights, but every course impressed us, from the starters to the carefully selected wine pairing. You can feel the attention to detail everywhere, from the choice of ingredients to the impeccable table service — always attentive and efficient. We left with the feeling that we had experienced not just a meal, but a true gastronomic journey. Without a doubt, Dom Braz is a must-visit in Ilhabela. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to anyone in search of excellence in service, atmosphere, and fine dining.
