Comida excelente, atendimento excelente, mas entendo que sempre podemos melhorar e um ponto que podem considerar é a comunicação. Pedimos uma recomendação para quem estava com muita fome e a garçom recomendou o arroz do mar. Como disse, estava fantástico, mas ficamos na expectativa de mais fartura. Talvez recomendar uma entrada antes. Nada demais para o conjunto da obra. I was interested in visiting Bistrô das Artes because of Restaurante Week. Being on “Week” is a sign that the restaurant wants to show its best and impress its future customers. But I couldn't be more wrong. Arriving at the restaurant I was a little confused, as the restaurant was at the back of an art gallery. The idea was brilliant, but they didn't know how to put the plan into practice. The restaurant could have used the works of art and made the tables, chairs and atmosphere more sophisticated. There was a lack of a professional touch in the decoration. The lamps gave a lot of light and illuminated the room a lot. The waiter had a very casual appearance, he gave me the impression that he wasn't working there. The high price of Restaurante Week's menu, R$99 per person, created an expectation that the place and the food were very sophisticated. However, the starter we wanted so much "Lobster Tartar Cone, Avocado Mayonnaise and Pepper" was not coming out, leaving us with only one option for the starter, which was very “poor”. For the main course my husband ordered "Fish of the day, Banana Vatapá and Grilled Okra" My God!!!! The fish arrived spoiled. My husband noticed right away when the dish arrived at the table, it had a bad smell. He asked me to try it, I thought he might be wrong, but no, the smell was inedible. I called the waiter and told him that the fish was spoiled. Anyway, without communicating or asking if we wanted anything else, they returned 15 minutes later with the same dish but with different fish. I found the waiter's attitude bizarre, why didn't he ask if we wanted another dish??? I wonder what the process and training of these employees must be like. Now the desserts, much, much more, even very sweet, to the point of being cloying. Anyway, I hope that the restaurant owner can receive this criticism as something constructive and improve everything mentioned above.
